We used Stacey to help us sell our current house and find our new house. She was outstanding and should get 10 gold stars.  She is very knowledgeable or the area when it comes to Real Estate and very friendly and professional. Anytime we would have a question she was always available by phone text or email to help us. She found us several properties to look at and knew exactly what we were looking for in a new house. As soon as she would see one pop up she would let us know. In fact the one we bought was only on the market for 1 day. When we put ours on the market to see she was great in getting it staged having great photographs taken and then did open houses every weekend. She helped up the price it correctly and within the 1st 10 days we had 3 offers. When the one we accepted did not work out due to an issue with the buyer she was on top of getting it back on the market and another open house. Stacey Davidson is quite simply an amazing realtor. We met Stacey at an open house on a Sunday afternoon. She was polite professional friendly and most importantly not overbearing. From the short amount of time we spent with Stacey on that Sunday afternoon we were confident she was the realtor we wanted to use to sell our home and to assist us with the purchase of a new home. Once we decided to list our home with Stacey she helped us each step of the way. She prepped our house to sell and held numerous open houses. She was always available to answer our calls and texts. We know she had other clients but she always made us feel we were her priority. She followed up with each potential buyer. We were more than pleased. On the buy side she showed us several homes. We even requested to see the same ones over and over. For each home she had all the specs and CMA reports for us to review. Her diligence is second to none! Stacey always answered and followed up on all our questions. Stacey helped us find the home of our dreams. We appreciated her patience and candor from selling to buying. Her professionalism was top notch. Honestly there is no room for improvement. Stacey went above and beyond for us. We are her forever clients. I highly recommend her even to the pickiest buyers and sellers. She makes her clients feel they are number one. She is truly client centered.

I have known Stacey for nearly 20 years. She taught my son when he was at Rogers Elementary. She is as fantastic today as she was then. She goes out of her way to be encouraging and helpful no matter if it is in her professional or personal life. I find Stacey to be a very qualified agent her priority is not only to help me buy or sell a home but to help me keep my tax expenses down. She knows the market. I reached out to Stacey to discuss my 2019 Appraisal Value. She was very aware of the process I needed to follow. Without hesitation she told me she would provide me with a Competitive Market Analysis. This was the information I needed to help me compare the value of my home. I believe if Stacey would take the time to help me with this she will go above and beyond anyone's expectations in selling their home or finding the home of their dreams.

Stacey has been a gift from above. Our family found out at the beginning of April 2018 that we would need to move from southern Texas to Dallas. Since we have never lived in Dallas we were unsure about which area of Dallas we should live in and if we should rent for a little while or buy right away. Stacey was so patient with us showing us homes to rent and buy and even sending us listings for land for sale. Knowing how important it was for us to find a place that accepted our 2 dogs and beautiful pot bellied pig (not an easy task) Stacey did not stop until she found something that not only worked for us but was absolutely perfect for us. She truly made us feel like a priority by responding to our every need right away. I cannot say enough good about Stacey and how she put all of our worries at ease. We plan on using Stacey for any and every real estate venture that we get ourselves into. I would also recommend Stacey to anyone who asks without hesitation. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have had several opportunities to work with Stacey in the past year. I work with many realtors as a contractor. Stacey is the first person that I refer my clients to. I recently introduced her to a client that lives out of town and needed to find a tenant for an upscale home immediately. Not only did Stacey fill the vacancy in 3 days she went above and beyond her responsibilities to make the transition smooth. If you are trying to decide on a realtor look no further.

I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Stacey. She has gone above and beyond finding our dream home. She is authentic and hard working and her honest opinion helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It's hard to find someone that is so honest and trustworthy it seams but Stacey is all of that wrapped up in a ball of fire. I would recommend her for any project big or small. You def won't be disappointed. Hands down ... the best out there.

DEFINATELY 5 STARS FOR THIS OUTSTANDING REALTOR!!! Stacey is extremely knowledgeable friendly and has the ability to get a deal closed. She was great from the start. She came out took great photos for her marketing package held several open houses and tracked down every lead. She was very professional and really took the time to understand my needs. If you need a home sold- Or need to find the perfect home for you or your family then look no further. She was GREAT!! I highly recommend her!!!

Stacey provided the most amazing service of any realtor I've ever used. She really went over and beyond to help me with my new home search as I relocated here from California. She is extremely knowledgeable professional patient relentless work ethic with outstanding customer service skills. I really couldn't of asked for a better realtor. Working with Stacey was an absolute joy. She works hard to get answers answers the phone and gets things done. She helped make the stresses that coincide with buying our first home seem like nothing. This was due to her thorough explanations that she made easy to understand. And if we didn't understand she made sure we did before we made any moves. We could not have been happier.

Stacey is the best! She keeps everyone in the loop (inspectors and clients both) so there's no guessing going on. She's naturally a friendly person and certainly makes the busy process of home-buying much more relaxed. She has her clients' best interests at heart and goes with their flow. She doesn't "sell" anyone; she just accompanies them. As an inspector it's nice to work with her clients in the environment she brings.

Stacey is the best! She took time to show homes when she had pressing personal obligations. She kept in touch with my builder making sure things were progressing properly. And she took personal time to accompany me checking out the building process. I would highly recommend Stacey she will find the right home for you.

Stacey was WONDERFUL! We are in our upper 70's and she 'held our hands". She was helpful kind and just very special. She is now a special "adopted" daughter. When we need another realtor she will be the first person we call. I have told friends and when any are looking for a realtor I will tell them to use Stacey! We have had at least none or ten real estate sales associates in the past and I can say without hesitation Stacey Davidson has been my favorite! She cares about the people she is working with to make their move as easy as possible!
